Employees having trouble with our timesheet form

    Hi,

    I have had a number of our employees have trouble opening our timesheet form to fill out. The job they are on is remote and internet service is poor/ non existent during the day. Some have had success with the form opening if they put their phones onto flight mode. However I still have one employee that is having no luck.

    He can open the app and get to the list of forms. Once he selects the timesheet form it will not open. It only seems to be for the form. This is regardless of whether it is on flight mode or not.

    Do you have any ideas on what is happening here?

    Have you assigned your form to the users to use the form offline mode? May we know which form you are referring to?

    When you set the form in offline mode, you should be able to that it's saving the data (to be used offline), as shown in this video recording below. Please wait for it to finish before turning off the internet connection:

    Also, please try to update the app to the latest version (if you're currently using an old version). After doing so, please login again to the app, set the form offline, and try it again.
