Having Trouble Ordering Products in my form

Good Evening,

All of a sudden, the items in my form will not stay in the order that I place them in.

For example:

"Peace & Love - Navy Pull-Over Hoodie" product should be before the "Peace & Love - Navy Pull-Over Hoodie - Child's Last Name Personalization" product. But when I reorder the products it doesn't stay.
