    Not Receiving Email Alerts

    Hello, 

    I have not been receiving email notifications on any of our forms when someone has submitted them. I haven't received them for the last month on any forms even though registrations have been submitted. I tested the email notifications and I received the test email but I'm not receiving any of the real registrations.

    The test email function will send an email to your jotform's account email, so if the notification has other email associated, it won't be a "real" test.

    I checked your notifications and they seem all right, and we have information of emails sent:

    Also your emails are not in our bounce list. Maybe it is a matter of adding a custom sender email to the notifications, so they don't get blocked by the email providers. I sent a test submission from a custom sender email, can you confirm if you received it? Thank you

    Okay, then what is the issue? We are not receiving emails when people

    Yes, thank you. I received your email. I checked and we haven't received
    submissions since February 16th but they are in the submission file within
    jotform.

    Glad to know you have received it, also is the issue happens again, you may white list our domain names:

    (We use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender.)

    on regards of the submissions, you may  forward them to your email address if you wan to.
