I created a form and had someone try it, it made them hit submit before transferring them to the payment page... I got their payment, but have yet to get their submission of the form on my dashboard....

You have three (3) Pending Payments in the form. Kindly check.

Note that Pending Payments means the user has failed to complete the payment in the form. Your product field is also not required, which means users can skip that part. You may want to set the product field as required.
