Losing some submissions

    We had a submission sent on 2014-03-16 17:29:33.  A Google Drive folder was created on that date but no pdf was attached in the folder and we don't see it anywhere else on the drive.  I had to upload the submission from the jotform backend.  We also did not receive an email noticiation that this request was submitted so we were unaware that this request came through. 

    Seems that we are receiving other submissions before and after.  Haven't looked at all of them - hopefully this is the only one and luckily the main jotform backend still had the submission so we were able to support the customer.  Any idea what happened or what we should do to make sure we don't miss these again.

    Hi, it might have been  that the form was sent few minutes before the form being integrated with Google Drive, or a temporary glitch in the system. Glad to know you have been receiving the other submissions. Let us know if that  happens again.

    On regards of the email address, did you check the spam folder?  You may white-list our JotMails IP addresses:

    Hope the glitch doesn't happen again.  we'll white-list the ip addresses.  Definitely checked the spam folder and saw nothing from you all.
