Is it when you add the coupon codes to the payment wizard? Or, is it when you fill in the coupon codes to the live form?
I have no problem with using all alphabet in the coupon codes, check the screenshot below:
If it's on the live form, then please let us know the exact webpage URL to where the form is embedded so we can check. I would also like to suggest re-embedding your form using our iFrame Method: Getting the Form iFrame Code if the issue is related to the live form.
