I have your "Free" account. I currently use a form that goes to an email address. I just created a new form that I woul dlike to go to a different email address. Can I do that or do I need to get a paid plan?

You don't need a paid plan.
You can add recipients on your email notification, or change the recipient completely.

Thanks Titus. I've done everything as instructed. Everytime I hit "test email", it tells me is just sent and email to the "default email address" and it dsplays the wrong one. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The test email will always go to firstname.lastname@example.org, as this is the email on file for your Jotform account.
Is that's not the email that is displayed during the test, let us know.
I notice that you have made multiple notifications for different addresses - those will work as well.
