I am still waiting for someone to contact me about our account not connecting to paypal

Hi, thank you for contacting support.
As per checking, you still have not completed the setup of your payment integration. Make sure you click the Continue button and the integration should appear as Connected once it is complete. See the attached image:
Please give it a try and let us know if you need further assistance.

It will not allow me to - it just says that my log in information is incorrect (but it's not). I have verified that I have a business account and it still won't do anything.

I did check your form and found that you have added Square payment field and it is connected to your Square account. Please check the screenshot below:
Do you mean to say that when you add PayPal payment tool, you are not able to connect it? I would suggest you to please log out from your PayPal account, clear your browser cache and then try to integrate payment tool with your PayPal account again.
Do get back to us if the issue persists.
