LINKING EMBEDDED PAGE

I am trying to get the two forms I created - data collection attune and data collection origin. They are different questions (or they will be once I change the content and add sections etc.).

So I edit the form on godaddy and direct it to the link you provide, but it keeps coming back to the generic form without Attune or Origin showing up.

I want to create two forms that are very similar. I can modify them easy enough, I just can not get the link to go to the specific form.

Hi, thank you for contacting support.

As per checking, the forms are working on my end. Can you please provide us with the URL of the website so we can check?

You may embed your form to your website using the IFrame code. You can refer to this guide below on how to embed IFrame codes:

    GUIDE: getting-the-form-iframe-code

Please give it a try and let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thank you.

Hmm, the link I get when I embed the page is https://form.jotform.com/213092198295058

there are two forms, both link to this form as a prefill from Jotform

One form is called data collection attune and that should go that form, the other is called data collection origin and it should go the origin form. I can not get it to do this.

You sent me a link to an iFrame code, no idea what that is?

This was working fine until I added the other click here link yesterday.
