We want to upgrade our account, but we are tax free. What do we need to do get that processed without the tax.

For tax you'll need to pay it and then send proof to support@jotform.com that you're tax exempt with this thread number #3519300 included in the subject and we'll be able to refund the tax portion and be able to get rid of it going forward.
