Broken Google Sheets integration and some data are not being sent

I am noticing that if a worker submits an order on one of my forms it goes right to the excel spreadsheet/google sheet I've integrated into a drive folder. That is a great feature, however, if a worker finds later in the day that he forgot to order something, he goes back in and clicks on the form invite link again to order additional items. When I went to google sheets, it only shows the first submission, not the 2nd. I only knew he had two orders because of the auto emails that came to my inbox.

Ironically, this happened with a 2nd worker today as well. 2 orders but only one showed up on the excel spreadsheet integration.

I will also add that I saw the line item with the 2nd order on the tracker the first time I went to it, but then it disappears and is no longer on the spreadsheet.

We tried logging out and logging back in to both google drive and jotform but it did not fix the issue.

I also went back in to edit form, integrations and set the integration up again and told it to keep previous submissions in tact and that did not fix it.

Thanks for any help you can give.

I really need a human being I can call as we get mor eaclamated with this system. We are a very large company and would consider buying logins for many employees but need to be assured we have a go to person when needed and that this app will not prove to have flaws causing us loss of information.

Can someone call me to talk about our concerns by chance? If so, I can be reached at 812-486-5741

Form link is here: Google sheets link is also opened up for anyone to view.

Drive integration link is here: MATERIAL/SUPPLY ORDER TRACKER - Google Sheets

2 Workers who submitted two requests on Nov. 17 2021 today. Project Names: Modera and Allora if you want to look for those submissions in the google sheets spreadsheet - you will only see 1 submission for each job name on this date. If look at jobform app submissions you will see 2 separate submissions from each job name todays date.

    Greetings,

We are sorry for the inconvenience. This usually happens when there are errors in the integrations. Kindly note that making any changes/edits in the integrated sheet can break the integration.

You've not specified clearly if you've already tried deleting the integration and adding it again. You can try adding it again and the submissions should appear in the sheet. You can also test this by integrating a new sheet.

Kindly share the missing submission IDs with us as well so we can make sure that we are looking at the correct submissions.

Unfortunately, we do not have phone support available. Phone support is only available for Enterprise users. You can check our Enterprise plan details from the links below.

Okay, I've created a new integration and removed the old one. We were modifying the google sheets spreadsheet by adding columns to the left so we could manually type notes within the google sheet tracker where all of the form submissions are collecting. So we cannot do this correct? This is a bummer because these are material order submissions so the warehouse goes into the google sheet integration to see new orders and wanted to ability to make a note in a new column inserted after the sheet was created so that we could see where the order stands (i.e. processed, back order, in route...)

Any idea how we can integrate this step within the google sheet integration?

Also, can we at least cut a row once order fulfilled and paste it down lower in the google sheet as a catch all for orders completed. We still need to be able to see those completed orders within the google sheet somehow. We first tried hiding rows once order fulfilled, but found later we needed to be able go back to that hidden row on occasion. Tricky stuff here. Any suggestions on how we can move closed items but keep in tack in the google sheet is greatly appreciated. To remind you, all of these tasks can be done easily, but when we started modifying the spreadsheet, the submissions started having trouble collecting in the google sheet integration - the integration broke basically.

    Hi there!

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

You're correct, any slight modification to the integrated Google sheet will cause the integration to break.

Instead of working with the Google sheet, you may want to consider working on the Jotform Inbox directly. In there, you can add comments. It can be shared with other people, too! I know it can take some time to get used to something new, but once you're used to it, you'll know it is more efficient than Google Sheets as you can do more things with it. Visit your Inbox using this URL to get started: https://www.jotform.com/inbox/212942563380052/

Going back to your initial issue, where some submissions are not reflecting on the Google Sheets, please share with us the submission ID as asked earlier by my colleague. And also, please confirm that they are submitting the form via the Jotform Mobile app, correct?

Finally, I currently see that the integration with Google Sheets requires re-authentication. Please do so if you're still working with the sheet.

We'll be waiting for your response.
