Can you please give us refund?

    Hello, we just got charged for a year of subscription but we don't use your service anymore. I can't even find crednetials to log in to an account wi th you.

    Can you please cancel the account associated with IT Assurance and refund the $190?

    An amount of $190 has been refunded to you successfully. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the refund to show in your account.
