Ticket Tracking

I understand we can sell tickets through a form and we have set that up.

Is there anyway to have a QR code added to the form or something that we can scan to see they've purchased a ticket and mark them off our list?

For example, we are selling tickets to a bridal show. We want to move away from a spreadsheet and have the possibility of them walking through the door, scanning a QR code and knowing they've purchased a ticket. Or if there's a way that a QR code is mailed to them once the form is submitted?

    Hello Jamie_Adams,

    Thank you for using Jotform.

We are happy to assist you. I've checked in your form and cloned it to test it. Please follow the steps below.

    • Firstly, you should add a QR code in a form.
    • For this, click on the 'Add Form Element' on the left, and Open the tab, click on the 'WIDGETS' category. After inserting the QR code from this field into your form, click on the 'Form Builder' on the right.
    • Open the tab, click on the 'INBOX' field.

Every submission that our form receives will fall into the Inbox box. With the QR code, you have added to your form, you can search for a user name from this field and check the entries easily.

I hope the answer is helpful. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
