Doesn't my plan allow me to receive 100 submissions per month without a charge?

    I have only received one submission (a test of a new form I've created) this month.  I had not received any submissions since I used jotform for summer workshop registrations last year.  Now as I prepared to send my third e-mail with the link embedded I get an error message that says "Oops you've reached your limit".  What does this mean?  A quick answer will be appreciated.

    I checked your JanetKerby account and there is NO "Overlimit" status on it.

    As of my latest check, your total submission count is only 2.

    Can you please try clearing your browser's cache first before logging back to JotForm

    Thank you for the answer. I went out of that form and then back in and it
    let me send an invitation e-mail. The error occurred a few more times as I
    continued to work and each time, I just exited the form then went back in
    and that solved the glitch.
