Hello, I have created a Jotform for client to upload documentation to that goes directly into our drop box however the file dont seem to be located in the dropbox? Can you assist?

I cloned and tested the form and the submission was passed to DropBox as expected:
Can you please remove the integration, re-integrate, make a test submission and let us know how it goes.
I will also clear your form cache.
