App login requirements

I’m writing to ask if App Login feature works in all paid tier like it seems to work on my free account? Does it prompt users to create a jot form account and show them forms and invite them to create forms, etc? Not really relevant to our customers

Users doesn't need an account to access the form as long as the form is not set to Private by the form owner.

Don’t get me wrong, I like the private feature, and I like the notion of users creating an account so that they can easily find the apps and/or forms that we have made available to them. My hope for the feature was that the account that they would create would somehow be linked to our customer ID or jotform customer record so that they would easily find all of the things we have assigned to them stuff, but not be set up as the persona of a new Jotform customer. Does that make sense? I can understand that this feature might not be something that would be made available on the free tier, we are just finishing our evaluation of JotForm and planning to go with either gold or enterprise, hipaa compliant and just making sure we understand all of the features before we commit.

Are you looking for an option to make the app access as private? Yes, it is possible to achieve your requirement. You can change the access setting as "Private Access" and share the app URL with your users. Your users will have to log in to Jotform account to access the app. Please check the screenshot below:
