Opening embedded forms, I was on the wrong account, can we carry on from this one please?

    • I have a form and if the client uploads Images to it, when I receive the feedback and try to open it on my side, it shows me

    • I did check your account, but you have not built any forms yet. Do you have any other account?
    • The issue could be related to source account privacy setting, which requires the form owner to be logged in to Jotform account to access uploaded files. Please ask form owner to uncheck "Require log-in to view uploaded files." privacy in account and see if that solves your problem.     • I was in the wrong login. The email should be martenboersema@gmail.com
    • Where do I find the "Required log-in part?

    • Kindly go to your account settings (https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings) and uncheck "Require log-in to view uploaded files."

    I have Unchecked the Require loging and now it opened. Thanks for your prompt response.
