Hello there! May I ask why this same issue is occurring? I created a new form and did a few test submissions which I've since trashed and deleted forever, but they still show up on my submissions counter. Could you please rectify this before I send this form to go live? Thank you.

Hello,
I hope you're doing well and thanks for reaching out.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
I've checked your forms and the counter shows the correct numbers already
In the event that this happens again, try clearing your form cache. If that didn't help, let us know so we can force our system to recalculate your submissions.
Let us know if you need further assistance.
Best regards,

Hello there, thank you for your reply.
I have done the following:
1) Cleared Form Cache on JotForm
2) Cleared Cache on Chrome
However, there has been no change to the submissions data.
Could you assist to recalculate the submissions please?
Thank you.

Hi there,
Are you referring to these submissions?
The available slots are showing correctly based on the submissions in your Tables.
Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks

Hello again. Thanks for the reply.
What I don't understand is why this one still says "26 out of 100" submissions used when the form itself only has 19?

Hi there,
That is the total number of submissions that you received in the 30 days. If you delete some submissions then this number will not change as it is showing the monthly limit.
Currenlty it is showing 28 in your account. This limit will reset on the first of every month. So tomorrow this should change to 0.
Let us know if you have any questions.
Thanks
