Shipping Fees based on Location

Please note that if you enable shipping in form, you can only add flat rate per order or per product. Unfortunately, it is not possible to add shipping based on the user's address or delivery location.

There are two possible options to achieve your requirement:

#1. You can list your products using regular form field and add "Form calculation" widget to calculate the shipping along with total amount. You can then pass the amount to the payment field. The following guides should help you:

#2. You can enable tax in your form and configure it to add tax based on the location field. You can also change the label of tax to shipping. Please check the screenshot below:
