Sync, check in and out with other forms

I'm trying to set this system up but I'm not sure if it's possible so any help would be appreciated.

Option A:

1. People register for a event in one form. Get a unique QR code.
2. Unique QR-code is used to scan them in the next day and gets them to another form where they have to fill out a contract.
3. This last form checks them in / off on another list/form so we can quickly see who's missing and who hasn't filled it out.

Option B:

1. People register for a event in one form.
2. Previous form is synced up to a check in / check out form with contract. Once they check in they get checked of in the previous form.

What we´re doing is trying to automate the checking in of extras for a tv-series without using 100s of physical contracts and then having two forms where you have to check with the first form who actually showed up.

If there's a option to put it all together in one that would be amazing. Could I maybe create something with the new apps?

It doesn't seem to be possible to check off someone from a list. You can only check them in after form submission.

Previous form is synced up to a check in / check out form with contract. Once they check in they get checked of in the previous form.

This is also not possible because the form's submission data cannot communicate(share) with each other.
