Form not submitting

    I have a form that several people have filled out and the only reason I know they filled out the form is because the paypal payment went through.  I had one successfully go through and I tried it on a different browser and it worked fine, but since someone else has filled it out and I never received it.

    If the problem you are currently having is on the email side, do make sure to check the Junk/Spam folder for possible incorrectly placed emails on such folder. We do also suggest to review the following guide for more information on not received emails:

    I am also not receiving any email notifcations and I've tried it on my company email, a coworkers company email, and my personal email.  The submissions are going through on jotForm but I cannot get any emails, which is essential to the purpose of this form.

    If anyone is curious, I had changed the email layout around.  I created a new one and didn't touch it and I started getting emails again.... weird...

    Good to know that the problem is solved. Perhaps there was some problem with the previous email notification and that was preventing it from being sent.

    Also sometimes email providers block emais from noreply or noresponse addresses. To prevent this you can add a custom sender email to your notification.
