Hello,
I work at Preston Animal Hospital and we have been having issues accessing our Jotforms that are available for clients to complete at prestonpets.com. We had been archiving submitted sheets that we need to access later and the option to access archived sheets is now unavailable. Can you please assist with this?

You can access your archives by clicking the "Archive" folder in the My Forms section of your account:
