Tables Prefill not working correctly on HIPAA account.

    When I follow these steps the emails addresses are not automatically populating when I go to send an invitation. How do I fix that?

    Could you please give us a link to the form?

    If I understood correctly, you're trying to map the email addresses from another table to create prefills and the emails do not get populated (they stay empty). Is that correct?

    Here is the link to my form. Yes, I used another table to create prefills and when I select to send the invitation the email isn't pre populating. I don't want to have to type them all in manually.

    It seems you have a HIPAA complaint account and we cannot check your table. I would suggest you to please share a screenshot of the issue and also one of the prefill URL and we will take a look. If required, we will escalate the issue to our backend team to check.

    Here is a screen shot of my sheet. I did change the email address fields to not be marked as HIPPA

    Here is a screenshot of where I am trying to send emails. This is just a test and our final product will have many more recipients. In some of the posts I have seen the emails addresses here pre populate.

    Dear customer,

    As my colleague said we are unable to access the tables due to it being a HIPAA account.

    I will raise a ticket with our backend team so that we can check for any bugs and provide a solution.

    I can see that your account is HIPAA enabled and you are able to disable it with this link. Simply click DISABLE HIPAA COMPLIANCE

    However I would advise you to wait for our developers to review this before actioning the above.

    I don't think that disabling HIPPA compliance for our entire account is going to be a viable option for us. What if I unchecked everything on this table and form as HIPPA compliant?

    I understand that disabling HIPAA compliance is not an option for you, But we are not able to check on the tables for accounts that are HIPAA compliant. Unchecking the PHI on the form fields is still not an option as that is only if you want to receive submissions that are not encrypted, but the account would still be HIPAA compliant. My colleague already forwarded your concern to our back-end team and we will update you on this thread once we have any information.

    Hi there,

    Send Invitation option populates the email addresses from the Email Form Field of the form. However, in your table, the email addresses are in text fields. Changing this field to Email Form field will help to populate the email field.
