    Is there a way to make the quantity option a simple 'fillout' field (like the sample http://www.jotform.co/form/31665516771863)instead of the drop-down menu?

    Hello zifboxbiz,

    Yes it is possible to add a custom quantity field. Please check the screenshot below to change the dropdown quantity option of your payment question to custom quantity box:

    You need to simply remove the "Quantity" dropdown and check the "Custom Quantity (Text Box)" in the add new options window.
