I use Chrome and really need to continue for other reasons. Will Chrome not work for Jotform? What do you suggest of not? Not being able to use Chrome may take me out of market for this.

Please note that our form works just fine in Chrome browser. What is the issue you are having in Chrome browser? Do you mean to say that users are not able to access public forms?

I would suggest you to please share the form URL which you have shared and we will take a look. You may also like to share a screenshot of the issue and we will take a look. The following guide should help you how to upload image in forum post: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-how-to-post-screenshots-to-our-support-forum/

We will wait for your response.

I don't think it is a Chrome issue. When I do a Quick Share to send to an office mate who doesn't have a Jotform login, they receive the email and click on View Form. but from there it asks them to create an email login with password. I am trying to send another test to somebody right now. below is URL I hope. I have double checked and it is on Public.

    Hello,

Are you sharing the form via invite by email? If so, then you are assigning people to your form. The people who are assigned a form will need to create a Jotform account to be able to either only submit the form, or also view their submission and edit it at a later point in time.

I suggest that you copy your form's URL and paste it in the email that you could forward to your possible respondents instead.

That kind of worked. I sent URL to myself and completed the form and hit Submit. When I got the form it was a bit wonky. First, there were three questions where I had changed the Option 1 and Option 2 to Yes and NO .. but for some reason they had reverted back to Option 1 and 2. How do I save the form after editing?

Also I had several fill in the blanks questions were the actual question didn't show up on the form. Snip it of both things happening below.. missing question text and Option text showing up in stead of the Yes and No I had typed in

    Hi,

I think you're referring to this Fill in the Blank fields:

If yes, please try adding Sub-labels in the Fill in the Blank properties page. Here's a screencast guide that you can check and follow:

One more thing ! How do I make my edits stick? How do I keep the Yes and No from turning back to Option 1 and 2? I will try the subtitle thing now... my boss will never let me upgrade unless I can get this right

    Hello,

It looks like there's a glitch or bug on the field. To fix it, you can follow the screencast guide below:

    1. Select the Fill in the Blank field.
    2. Remove the Single Choice field.
    3. Replace it with a new one and change the options in the Fill in the Blank Properties section and click the Save button.
    4. Do this to others that are not changing and let us know if the issue still persists on your end.

Note: I tested this on my test cloned form and it is working fine on my end. You can check this cloned form with updated Yes or No option: https://form.jotform.com/213214934412952

I figured out getting the text to show myself... you go to the advanced features and simply click "show full text in email" Done. The last thing I need to know for now is how to save my edits. Please let me know. :)

Darn... I guess I didn't do it fully enough. I edited the current fill in blank section by deleting the current Options field and added a new one. Are you telling me I need to completely discard the current fill in the blank section in its entirety and create a whole new one?

You guys have to make it so you can undo your last move. The form is very temperamental and you never know when you backspace or delete to get rid of something. Re-doing these fields due to the glitch is very cumbersome.

    Just sayin

    Now ...

everytime I change the text for the multiple choice options and then click to add something new ... the Type option 1 and Type option 2 pop back in! yikes

Is this part of the glitch?

I replaced Type option 1 and 2 with Yes and No and then i choose to add another field and the Type options came back...not normal I hope? Can you let me know if this glitch will take long to fix? I have been at this all day. Rather wait till its fixed if it will be in day or two.

Thank you for following up, Susan.

I apologize for the inconvenience. I have checked your account and can see you have two forms. Please make sure you are logged in to the correct account and are not in the folder of assigned or shared forms. I have cleared your form cache, just in case.

The reason it asks for your email could be because you are not currently logged in.

Please have a look and let me know.
