Hello,
For you to avoid creating a login to complete a form, you can share the form's direct link or URL. You can check this out right here: https://www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL
You will need to update the Assing form Settings and change the form to Public. Please follow the guide below:
Hope this helps!

HI... I have been getting answers from JotForm in two different places...how weird. They told me to solve problem of receiver not needing login by not sending the 'invite email' but instead sending the form URL attached to email (see top pic). I did this and it's better but when I send URL to office mate, who completes and submits, the form comes back to me piece meal ..... the fill in the blank question text is not appearing, edits have reverted back...such as I change Option 1 and 2 to Yes and No but then it changes back. So having hard time saving my edits to the form (see bottom pic)

Hi,
Upon checking the reason why you are getting answers in two different places is that you have opened two separate tickets. In regards to your current issue, my colleague sent a response that should fix Option 1 and Option 2 showing and not the Yes and No and for the fill in the blanks too.
Please check the other ticket as the fix was provided here:
