This does not work in my wordpress site. I did the 2 ways of integrating it into wordpress.
1. via embed
2. via the plugin
Both don't work. My form does not appear after hitting the button. Very frustrated now.

Can you provide the URL of the page so we can see what is the problem?

I specifically need the Feedback Button for my form but among the many ways
to display it via embed, that is the only one that does not work. Here's my

Thank you for taking the time to update us.
Unfortunately, we cannot check the actual problem on your end since you do not have used it yet on an actual WP website.
But I did check this on test website here http://www.batangas-ventures.com/blog and the WP feeback button seems to be working fine. (the feedback button is on the right-center part)
Just the same, we have submitted a ticket to our developer to further check if there is existing issue with the plugin.
Our developer will provide updated response on this thread when there is available.

I was able to see the problem on your WP website. The feedback button is not working when I tried.
Can you also tell us your WP version?
The test WP website I had it running was still at version 3.6 -- perhaps the plugin was not updated yet to current WP version 3.8.1
Can you also go to the settings page and check if the plugin settings is properly configured. Usually it should be like this (check if there is something else not in place)
And ultimately, you can also try a different method of installation. Have you tried installing the plugin by downloading first the plugin to your computer
and then, manually upload it to your WP website and install. If you do it like this, I think all the needed access permissions will be properly set to the plugin.
As previously mentioned, a ticket about this had already been sent to our developer. They will provide updated response here when available.

Attached is the config of my JotForm Feedback Button in my WP.
Re: downloading the plugin, yes, that is what I have done a couple of times. I have not done any other steps to install it in WP. Downloaded it to my pc then uploaded it to my WP.

That picture isn’t important. I was just trying to let you see that I have the same configuration as you have in your WP Feedback Button. But as you have pointed out earlier already, the Feedback Button does not work in my WP as it didn’t in your test WP.
Hope you can find a solution for this, hopefully, soon.

The problem is most probably with your feedback form dimension (height and width). As of checking your form source code, your current feedback form dimension is 2000x2000 which is totally huge and would cover the entire page once the feedback form opens. 700x500 or smaller than this should fixed it.

find a workaround and will just create a new ticket for that.
