Why are NONE of my 5 latest signees for my camp not showing up?

    This seems to be a recurring issue (and ONLY lately) since in the past three years its never been an issue. I get the email notification that the payment for my camp has been received, but yet I cannot find ANY of the people who have signed up on the forms I have published. Why is this still an issue?

    Can you please let us know if the problem you have mentioned here is related to this one:

    Have you tried the solution my colleague provided there? If this didn't resolve the problem, please let us know the email or name of the persons who filled your form and sent the payment, but you didn't receive the notification.

    No this is STILL not working! Sadly, it looks like you guys have changed something, because I've been using Jotform for SEVERAL years (and my camps) and its NEVER been this bad! I can't see ONE camper (whose paid through PayPal). CRAZY (sad)

    5 campers have showed up. Evans, Denny, Mixon, Queen, and HB, and I have not seen any of the data (Thankfully I know the shirt sizes, but I cant find the parent consent signoff/checked part). All I am getting is the payment information! Very frustrating!

    Hi there,

    After checking your account and your form, you still have Pending Payments. If you have received the Payment notification through Paypal but in the Submissions Data it still shows the Pending Payment notification, please provide the steps in this guide →  How-to-view-incomplete-payments-of-your-payment-forms.

    Please note that if the submission went to the Pending Payments, it will not be seen on the submissions table and the emails won't trigger.
    However, if you complete the payment, the submission will go to the submissions table and the emails will be sent.
