If I use Jotform, am I able to save a respondent's choices and use it at the end of the form? What I'd like to do is put a survey on my site that then at the end of the survey shows a url based on the respondent's choices. For example, I want to be able to create this url at the end of the survey: themuse.com/surveyresponse1/surveyresponse2/surveyresponse3.
Would that be possible with your product and if so, how might I do that?

If I understand you correctly you wanted to save the responses from your survey form and pass the data to another form. If yes please refer to this guide on how to automatically pass data from one form to another form because this is how you can create a URL based on their responses and pass the data to another form.

If not please provide us with more information on what you are trying to accomplish.
Looking forward to your response.
