I am having some problems,
Jotform.com is not loading properly for me at times and is frustrating me,
Partial loading, not letting me login using differant Browser.
I am also haviing a problem with one of my forms not updating I am adding a Paypal Subscription to a form but it is not updating my subscription options

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
Have you tried clearing your browser cache already? It could be a browser related issue and clearing the browser cache should solve your issue. The following guide should help you clear browser cache: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
On your question related to paypal subscription payment option issue, I am not able to replicate it in one of my own form. I am able to add/update subscription product without any problem. It could be related to a small technical glitch where changes were not being saved for payment question. This issue is already resolved. I would suggest you to try it again and get back to us if the issue persists.
