Obtaining a NonProfit Discount

Our non-profit organization is interested in obtaining a discounted Silver plan account at Jotform, but confused about the process. We have to have a Jotform user account to apply for a non-profit discount, but your website says the discount only applies to the "next subscription" and that paid Jotform users should cancel their account and subscribe to a new plan. Based on these instructions from your website , out our non-profit plans to -

1) Register for a "Starter/Free" Jotform account (to get a Jotform user name)

2) Apply for the non-profit discount, requesting the Silver level be approved

3) Once approved by Jotform for discount, upgrade from Starter/Free to Silver (discounted/nonprofit) and pay the annual subscription fee.

Is the above action the correct way to register as a new, nonprofit account at Jotform? If not, can you outline the correct action steps we should follow to register and obtain the non-profit discount (without needing to cancel a previously paid subscription).

The actions/plans you cited are correct. If your non-profit organization has no Jotform account yet, you may register for the starter / free account then apply for the non-profit discount. You will click/choose the desired plan you prefer which will be entitled to the 50% discount, then you will have to accomplish the application form on the link below. https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/
