My storage usage says I'm using a little over 30Gb, but I've already deleted the submissions that had the large files attached. When does the number reset? Can someone reset it for me?

Thank you for reaching out.
I went in and made sure all files attached to deleted entries, have been properly removed. You should now see the accurate storage space remaining.

Thanks! How often is the storage usage updated? Daily? Monthly?
Also, is there anything I need to do to ensure that attached files are properly removed? Is that something I can do from my end, or does it have to happen on the JotForm team side of things?

The upload spaces should recalculate automatically, once submissions that contain uploaded files are purged from the trash folder: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-how-to-delete-form-submission-data/
