Cant access our form

    Hi,


    We are currently unable to access our forms.

    Organisation -Oxford Graduate college

    I apologize for the inconvenience. 

    I have gone in and checked your account. I am not able to find anything that would hinder you from accessing your forms. As such, I cleared the form cache for the Oxford_Graduate account, just in case.  

    If the issue persists, can you please elaborate on what exactly is happening? Are you able to log in?

    I look forward to providing further assistance!

    Thank you for the response.
    Previously we were getting in correct username or Pw.
    Now we are getting login limit.
    Can you assist.

    I have flushed the Oxford_Graduate account's login attempts. You should be able to log into the account now.

    We are getting the same message.
    Incorrect username or password.
    we are using business@oxfordgraduate.uk
    as our username .
    We reset and same

    Thank you for contacting JotForm Support!
    I checked your email b*****ss@oxfordgraduate.uk, and it looks like it is a guest account. We offer one-time log-in only for guest accounts. Please sign up here: https://www.jotform.com/.

    You need to use the same browser that was previously used when the form was created since browser cookies are used to identify the account that created the forms. Please try it and let us know if the issue still exists.

    Good day,
    This password has been reset multiple times and we still are getting invalid username or password.
    Can we be provided with proper assistance as this is a paid account.

    I have flushed the log in attempts. Please make sure that saved password on your device is updated with the new password.
