How do I put specific information before sending out a contract?

I have a standard template contract but need to add information based on that particular contract agreement. How do I include that information before sending out a specific contract? For example, I have pricing and location inforamtion that is specific to each event that I want to include in the form prior to emailing it to clients. How can I do that without changing the template each time?
