How to uncheck radiobutton in input table when completing forms?

Hi there,

We have created this form and we're having issues with the checklists. When someone is completing the form and they accidentally click and check a symptom off, they can't then click on it again and uncheck it. This is causing us to have incorrectly completed forms sent through.

What is the setting to make this possible? I can't seem to work it out. Thanks!

Unfortunately, unselecting a radio button isn't possible with input table element as it requires some conditions. You will have to select the other choice instead to unselect the current one. 

For your requirement, I suggest that you use Checkbox instead.
