Rolling out new form

We currently have a form that we used and got about half of our clients about 50 submissions so far. We really like the app feature and have a new form that has some additions to the old form and it’s just cleaner and so on. I started to play around with the app feature with the new form that we haven’t rolled out yet. Is there a way to combine the two or kind of combine the 50 subscribers that already submitted on the old form into the new form and just have them update the fields that are now new? I hope that makes sense.

Here's how:

(1) Go to your New form > Publish > Prefill > Choose Tables Prefill > Select your Old Form > Save Settings.

(2) Create prefill for each submission.

(3) Send each prefill link to each respondent.

Doing the tasks above will allow the respondent to submit a new submission to new form without filling the existing fields found in old form.
