You have actually asked two generalized questions so I will quickly answer these for you to help you out but if you run into issues in the future regarding separate things then we kindly would request that you please open them in separate threads to avoid confusion if any.

Anyhow onto the questions at hand...

    (1) How do I get a link to my form to put on a website?

You can do this via the direct form link. There is also an option to embed the form. Both will work on your website depending on how you want it. Please see here http://www.jotform.com/help/34-Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page for further details about this.

    (2) Or an email signature?

Did you mean that you wanted to add a signature to your email? Or? You can do this by adding one of our signature widgets to your form and this will be populated into the form's email notification if that is what you are referring to? But if not then can you please describe this more.
