My account downgraded

    Hi, 

    I am a customer with JotForm since 2011.  I just got a notice that my account was downgraded.  I use paypal for payments and it haven't change since.  Do not understand why I was not notify about this.

    We checked on this regarding your account and it looks like something happened where it got cancelled for some reason though unfortunately I do not see a specific reason other than cancellation. This leads me to believe that perhaps it was accidentally cancelled on your end without you realizing this as there's nothing indicating we canceled it otherwise I would have seen this mentioned somewhere on our end.

    Anyhow, the last transaction that I found by you shows as being for premium yearly as of 2/24/13 which means that this would have renewed towards the end of february last month of this year (2014) but it was cancelled instead. So because of that our system automatically downgraded you to a free account.

    To fix this, All you need to do is re-upgrade and you'll have your plan back in no-time flat. :)
