Account downgraded!?!?!?!

    I paid for an annual subscription!  

     

    Please get my account back to the premium status.  

     

    Will this have any affect on any of my forms?

    We are very sorry about that, you still had a premium monthly subscription which was canceled,and the system downgraded mistakenly, the problem has been fixed
