    My form fields are not aligning correctly in my website

    I need help making my form on the website look like the attached screenshot. Some issues: 


    -Background not transparent, form boxes aren't lining up on the website but show perfect in my jotofrm account, not showing submit button.

    You can accomplish the desired aligning by injecting this CSS code to your form: 



    position:relative !important;

    top:-19px !important;


    And to set your form background as transparent simply go to the Background option in the Form Style tab and typ transparent in the box:

    however my submit button still isn't showing. it is not a height issue on the form as I have already tried that....

    The form submit button positioning issue is caused by injected CSS on your form. Please try to remove styles related to #id_2 then check it again.
