Account Downgraded

    I received an email stating my account had been downgraded - what does this mean?

    Your account was downgraded from a Premium plan to a free plan. The previous received payment was in 12.23.13 and we had a cancel subscription request. We ran a system debug and your account was still on premium status for some reason even though you canceled your service long time ago. So you don't need to worry about the email you received.
