How do I use this form?

I am impressed with your site and have built a form for my new business.

I would like to use this for for each new client.

But how do I use it as a working form?

Thank you very much for your kind comments. To publish a form, you can:

Select the form created and click "Edit Form",

From there, go to Publish tab,

And you can find the link to your form there. Then you can share your form!
