i am not able to view images that are submitted. I try to view via the email. See screenshot. What is the problem?

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
It appears that an extra layer of security is preventing you from accessing your uploaded files. This feature keeps your submission data safe and secured. Please go to https://jotform.com/myaccount/settings and uncheck 'Require log-in to view uploaded files'
The bottom line is, when you're not logged in to your Jotform account, you'll not be able to access your files unless the option above is unchecked.
