Image attachment not uploaded - How to get it required

    When we fill out our form and upload a file attachment it creates a ticket in our service system. The images do not always come in as attachments, sometimes they do sometimes they don't. Can I get some help to make sure they always come in as attachments?

    Are you trying to view/download the uploaded photos from your notification email? If yes, are you logged in to your Jotform account while viewing/downloading them?

    If not, then that is why you were seeing the error message.

    Please note that due to the privacy settings below in your account, you would either need to be logged into your account OR will need to disable the checked options below in order to view the uploads:
