Attachment Export not sent.

I am trying to export all attachments on one of our forms and I never get an email with everything. How long does it take and it there another way to complete this task.

The time it takes will depend on the total size of your data. If you have a relatively huge attachment, uploaded files, and submission data, give it some time to finish.

If never get an email from jot from at all, you should contact the SUPPORT

As provided by @ayonbit the size of the attachment makes the emails take longer.

Could you please provide the form in question for us to check?
