Logging in to view submisions

I want to remove all fields from being emailed for privacy and security and instead have to have the email recipient login to view any submitted forms.

What url would I use to get them directly ( I want to add this to the email they receive) to the forms page and do they need to be a user or just a team member?

    Hello,

Are you referring to the autoresponder email or the notification email? Please check this page for more information about email alerts: https://www.jotform.com/help/30-explanation-of-email-notification-and-autoresponder-settings/

You can remove all email content and replace them with a message or anything that you want (links, images, or link to submission page). To edit the email template, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/430-how-to-edit-the-email-template-for-notifications-and-autoresponders/

Please try it and let us know if you have any questions. We'll wait for your response.

    Hello,

Yes but how would I send someone to login and view the submission from the email?

If your forms are encrypted, you cannot do so, only you will have access to the submissions in the table.

And how do I allow users to login as team members and view submissions?

Please note that a multiple users account is only available on the Enterprise plan (https://www.jotform.com/enterprise), and that if your tables are encrypted, only you will be able to access them as you will have access to the private key required.

    Best regards

How are they encrypted - they come through as an email with all fields - is that secure? Please explain.

I need an Enterprise Plan - how do I set that up and for how much?

The password protected PDF Password keeps changing and I can not open my PDF's from emails. I have an uppercase and a character saved and it still is not opening. After I save the characters are reverting in the total characters so it seems it is not working. I need to fix this asap!
