How can I can I remove approvals?

i created a form and yesterday without changing any settings, it is now making me go in and approve all submissions... I do not want to have to do this... I would like it like it was before that it would go in automatically... but i cant figure out how to, without it saying all the approval's will be deleted but existing submissions will stay.
