This is to to report regrading downgrading of my current plan.
Last January 23, 2014 we paid 45$ for 1 year Prenium subscription.
And now we receive email from your support that our subscription has been downgraded.
Please explain this and why we never ask regarding this matter.
Attached is the invoice of what we have paid.

Upon checking your payment details, I found that you have one more account with username "CDP". The email address used in this account is "Training.***@gmail.com". The premium yearly payment is actually applied to "CDP" account.
Your account "Fresenius" is a free account and over quota as you have received 50 SSL submission. You have also utilized 1.86 GB of upload space storage.
Do you want us to move all the forms along with submission records to your "CDP" account?

As per your request, I have moved all the forms along with submissions records and uploads from your account to "CDP" account.
