    Hi Liyam

Thanks for your email & help. Please see my original question and your response below.

I have set email address in my notification back to
"noreply@jotform.com", two forms were already set to that, and It is
still not working.  I have sent 3 test emails, one from each form but
nothing has arrived.  There is nothing in my Junk Mail.

Where can I go from here please.

    Best Wishes

    U3A Webmaster
    Email - u3aswansea@me.com
    Website - http://u3aswansea.org.uk/

    I have an existing form:

    Swansea U3A  .

    URL:   http://web.me.com/u3aswansea/U3ASwansea/Email.html

It has worked very well for several months.  I have received 48 email submissions in that time.

Yesterday I created two new forms:

    Notice Board Application

    URL: http://web.me.com/u3aswansea/U3ASwansea/Noticeboard_Application.html

    Notice Board Reply

and now when I test the 3 forms I do not get any email submissions although I can see the submissions on the JotForm site when I click on the Submission Buttons.

The email address I use for this site is the Swansea U3A email address: u3aswansea@me.com.  I use a Mac computer and iWeb to create my Site: u3aswansea.org.uk.

Can you please help me, you can reply to either email address.

    Thank you in anticipation.

    Adrian Crowley.

    Hello Adrian,

Due to the email address information that you have shared, I have edited your post and set it to private.

As for your concern regarding not receiving emails to your inbox.  I have noticed some authentication error warnings in our email logs which seems to tell that you have used your email address as the email sender address in the email alert notification, and this returned an error saying that the use of the email address as sender was unauthorized by your email service provider. Although it was sent out properly.

    Please see the details here:

Please also check your spam or junkmail folder and see if your email notification landed there.

But to fix this problem, please change back the sender's email address in your notification back tonoreply@jotform.com as this is the safest way to prevent anti-spam engines in your email service provider's servers to filter your emails out and/or other SMTP errors to occurr.
