Improper Photo Uploaded

    To whom it may concern,

    I arrived in the UK yesterday to stay with my boyfriend and his family, and just submitted my Covid Day 2 Test. On the form, it said to upload a video performing the test, as well as upload a photo performing the test. However, in the instructions provided with the testing kit, it said to upload a photo with my passport and my test results. The online form was worded incorrectly, so I believe I uploaded an incorrect photo. I tried to attach a photo of my passport as well as my negative test results, but the format wouldn’t allow it. Please let me know if you’ll need anything else.

    Hi Christine,

    May we have the URL of the form that you're trying to fill out so we can check why it would not allow you to attach a picture.

    Also, we would like to recommend contacting the owner of the form to verify the kind of picture is necessary to be uploaded.
